This notice explains how personal data is processed through the hozantemizkanli.com website and the practice's communication channels, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK). In case of any difference, the Turkish version prevails.

What data is processed

• Your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email
• The IP address, date and time kept in server logs for security and technical operation when you visit the site

There are no forms on this website and no health data is collected through it. Health data obtained during an examination is processed separately under the relevant health legislation.

Purposes and legal grounds

Your personal data is processed to respond to your appointment and information requests, carry out communication, keep the website secure and meet legal obligations, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: establishing a contract, complying with a legal obligation and legitimate interest.

Transfers

Your personal data is never shared with third parties for marketing. As the site is served through hosting and content delivery providers, technical logs may be kept on these providers' servers abroad. Data may be disclosed to authorised public bodies where the law requires it.

Retention

Records of our correspondence and conversations are kept for up to two years after your request is closed; server logs are kept for up to six months and then deleted.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage.
